陜西省橫山進出口有限責任公司洮南工廠（下稱工廠）吉林省洮南市。工廠由加工車間、倉儲車間、檢驗室、行政辦公區、后勤保障區、裝車區等幾部分組成，占地面積為21000多平方米，設計規模為：精選出口綠豆2萬噸/年，紅小豆及各類雜豆2.5萬噸/年。工廠擁有從英國、日本引進的先進糧谷精選和檢驗設備以及國內行業先進的清糧機、去石機、比重機、拋光機、提升機、色選機等生產加工設備和檢驗檢測設備，同時采用先進的生產工藝流程，從原料采購、檢驗、加工、倉儲以及銷售等各個環節都進行嚴格的過程管控，并嚴格按照ISO9001國際質量體系、QS認證以及HACCP食品安全體系認證的標準控制產品質量，確保“TAONAN”牌大明綠豆質量精益求精，滿足客戶需求。公司產品出口至日本、韓國、臺灣等東南亞國家和地區，連續多年為日本最大的綠豆進口供應商。

The factory is equipped with advanced grain selection and inspection equipment imported from the UK and Japan, as well as domestically advanced processing equipment and inspection and testing equipment such as cleaning machines, destoning machines, gravity separators, polishing machines, elevators, color sorters, etc. It adopts advanced production processes and strictly controls each step from raw material procurement, inspection, processing, storage, and sales, adhering to the standards of ISO9001 International Quality System, QS Certification, and HACCP Food Safety System Certification to ensure the quality of "TAONAN" brand mungbeans is continuously refined to meet customer needs.
